Sophie has a confident and instinctive approach to beauty, based on years of experience and also raw talent. She has become my go-to expert when it comes to being camera-ready, for a public appearance, speaking engagement or hosting an event. I never need to second-guess or ask where she's going with my make-up as, after the first couple of sessions, she completely got my personal preferences and beauty needs. This means that the time she spends on my look can extend to a mini facial massage and relaxing skincare application, so I emerge feeling truly ready to face the music.

Sophie's aesthetic eye and calming presence transformed my wedding day. I had faced a series of challenges but Sophie was at all times capable, communicative, and a source of inspiration.

At the trial she allowed scope for experimentation and listened carefully but wasn't afraid to take a decisive stand and give advice. It functioned as an advanced make-up lesson too (I have since bought many of the products that Sophie used).

On the day itself, Sophie responded with sensitivity and grace to a new challenge, making invaluable practical suggestions from having a little prosecco to calm my nerves to advising on accessories and bouquet - even driving my sister and I to the registry office.

I felt so beautiful - my now husband, commented that I looked "absolutely the best version of myself". Of all the expenses I incurred, this was by far the most worthwhile, I can't recommend Sophie enough.
